The pan from Tefal is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, particularly resistant to rust, and very quick to heat up. We recommend choosing this pan if you want to cook 2-4 servings of food. To maintain the non-stick coating in good condition, we advise letting the pan cool down before cleaning it and avoiding the use of a scouring pad. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.
