A very exquisite extra virgin olive oil from the island of Corfu, with a fresh aroma and taste, rich in texture and healthy antioxidants.

It is produced by the Dafni family, which for three generations has carefully tended to the century-old olive trees of the "Lianolia" variety. This unfiltered early harvest oil is collected and cold-pressed at the Dafni family's olive mill at very low temperatures using the gentlest methods.

This painstaking care rewards us with a wonderful natural olive juice with unusually high polyphenol content, which is responsible for the health benefits of olive oil.

The olive oil is stored in a packaging facility certified for health standards HACCP and ISO 22000: 2005.
