In my case, disconnections happen often with the only solution being the reset of the tracker, which goes against its main function and purpose of purchase, which is the continuous tracking of personal items.     I have purchased 4 Classic, one Hyperloq NeoKey & one Hyperloq NeoCard. I use them on keys, wallet, as well as in my car. So far, everything seems to be working fine and I can see all the devices on Apple Find My.

    However, out of all the products, only the NeoKey has lost its position completely once but also has some disconnections. It may be an issue with that specific one because I have never seen disconnection with the 4 Classic.
