Exceptional extra virgin olive oil from our own olive groves in northeastern Crete, at an altitude of about 450 - 550m. The characteristics of the soil and the unique microclimate of the region are ideal for the production of quality olive oil.

The traditional harvesting methods combined with modern production and storage techniques ensure its distinctive characteristics and superior quality.

The olives are harvested in November and transported to the oil mill as quickly as possible, where the olive oil is extracted the same day through cold pressing (T 0 NTO).

The designation as PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) by the EU guarantees the superior quality and integrity of the product.
