The device is ideal for strengthening the upper body muscles, bench training, and lifting. The simple Olympic bar is suitable for weight exercises with a hole diameter of 50 mm. Safety during exercise is ensured by special covers.

The diameter of the neck is 28 millimeters (25 millimeters in the case of the GO 120), offering high durability and comfort during exercise. The chroming process of the neck ensures the maintenance of its appearance for a very long time and provides the best protection against rust.
