• With palms facing up, place the wrist cuff parallel to the heart.
• Keep your palms raised, holding the input tube and arteries parallel.
• Wrap the wrist cuff tightly around your arm in the opposite direction.
• Keep the wrist cuff parallel to the heart, with palms facing up.
• Press the on/off button, stay relaxed, and start the measurement.
• High pressure, low pressure, pulse displayed immediately after 40 seconds.
