Reviews

  • I start with the basics.
The waterproofing is good, but in very cold weather, it's not warm enough; however, if it had extra internal lining, it would be more restrictive in movement.
I comfortably overcame the issue with a sleeveless jacket for very cold days, and I feel my arms are free.
The protections are very soft to the point that I don't know if they would actually hold up, especially at the elbows.
I would prefer that instead of ventilation (zipper) at chest height, it had at least one pocket for obvious convenience reasons.
The closure at the neck doesn't bother me, but at high speeds, it lets in air. I overcame this with a cotton bandana that cost €1.
Clearly, it's not a four-season jacket, and Northerners won't appreciate it in the cold.
At €140, it's okay since I won't buy softshell again.
In the end, it's a decent choice, but it depends on what each rider wants.
    It works for me.

This review is about a variation of the product

I present conclusions after a year of continuous use. It is a mediocre to good jacket, but it does not justify the price at which it is currently sold (around 180 euros). I had bought it on sale for 140 euros, a price that I consider more representative of its quality. The quality of materials, zippers, seams, fit, closures, etc., leaves a very good impression. The same goes for its waterproofing. Very little air enters from the neck closure, even after many kilometers. The pockets open quite easily, close properly, but it could have more, at least in the front. Level 1 protectors everywhere, proper fit, I feel my elbows moderately protected, back/shoulders better. I find it difficult to classify it as a winter jacket, especially in very cold temperatures like the ones we recently experienced (well below 10 degrees), it struggles to keep you really warm, especially on journeys longer than an hour. Although I can withstand the cold very well, I had to use a second inner vest from an older jacket. I would say it is suitable for three seasons in the climate of Southern Greece. Northern Greek riders should look for something else.

It is not warm at all! Extra inner lining is necessary during winter!
