Without being an expert in these products, I have to note that:
a) It does not create gas (the first reason it was purchased), and
b) As soon as I use it, for some reason I have a feeling of hunger.
Otherwise, its taste is such that it is not unpleasant to swallow and its dissolution is OK with a frappé mixer.

Whether a protein is good or not is a big discussion beyond solubility, taste, and ingredients.. this one is very good in all three.. taste is better than expected.. the price is a bit high but as with everything, you choose what is a priority for someone who uses it as a supplement and not every day, it's okay
