An aged smoked wine of the Xinomavro variety, selected from specific vineyards that meet strict quality criteria. Having inherited multiple and successive distinctions in competitions and tastings, it is the flagship of Xinomavro from the Naoussa Zone.

Winemaking

Classic red winemaking method with modern techniques that enhance the variety's potential. Fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks at 28 - 30°C. Color extraction lasts 5 - 7 days. Malolactic fermentation follows alcoholic fermentation.

    One of the best wines in our region in Naoussa. My choice for over 15 years, especially for festive occasions, where it pairs very nicely with meats. Personally, I enjoy it even with a simple, good meze with cheeses and cold cuts. Today I found it for 6 euros, so I bought a few bottles.
