Light: Prefers medium to bright lighting conditions, but can tolerate partial shade. In very shady conditions, it may lose the patterns on its leaves, while in conditions of bright light, it will have more leaves. Large spaces between leaves indicate that the plant is not receiving enough light. This plant thrives under fluorescent light, making it ideal for indoor spaces.

Water: Allow the top 2.5 cm of soil to dry out between waterings. Use pots and soil that drain well to avoid creating conditions that favor diseases in the root system. Excess moisture can cause yellowing and dropping of leaves.

Temperature: The temperature range for cultivation is 10-28 °C, while the ideal temperatures are 18-28 °C.

Humidity: Prefers increased humidity levels but will tolerate normal conditions. If the tips of the leaves turn black, increase humidity levels by placing the plant on a tray with pebbles and water.

Fertilization: Apply fertilizer suitable for green plants every 15 days during the growing season and once a month during the winter.
