Usage / Assembly:

  • Ensure that you have carefully read and fully understood all instructions before using this product.
  • Check that all valves are in the correct position and not blocked by anything that could impede their proper function.
  • Ensure the sealing gasket is in the correct position.
  • Fill the pressure cooker up to ½ with cold water, properly close the lid, and heat until steam is fully emitted from the regulating valve.
  • Remove the pressure cooker from the heat and leave it closed for about 10 minutes to eliminate the new cooker smell.
  • Open the lid when the pressure cooker has cooled and depressurized, discard the water, and dry the cooker with a cloth.

During each use:

  • Check that all valves are in the correct position before each use and are not blocked.
  • Add at least 1/4L of water or other liquid to produce the necessary steam.
  • Ensure the lid is securely locked onto the body.
  • Place the pressure cooker on a stable, flat hob.
  • Start cooking by setting the stove power to the highest level.
  • Select the desired pressure level: I) low pressure, 60kPa(±10%) or II) high pressure, 100kPa(±10%).
  • When the cooker begins to heat, as soon as the internal pressure of the cooker increases, the safety valve will rise.
  • Once the pressure reaches the selected level, the steam release valve will automatically start releasing steam.
  • When the required cooking time is completed, turn off the hob and proceed with the depressurization process.
