The Set is in the category of "shut up & take my money away". I use it with 3 devices, Windows 11 surface book, Mac Book Air M2 & SFF Desktop with Ubuntu, and it works EXCEPTIONALLY well with all of them. The last one with the USB dongle, the first two with native Bluetooth. In an ocean of useless & poorly ergonomic human interface devices, this one here makes traditional vendors (let's say Logitech) worry. From me, it's a YES! :)

The initial problem with the Function Keys (not being default but multimedia) was solved by pressing FN & Esc and it saves it without needing to repeat every time the PC restarts. Of course, it would serve me even better if the letters of the Function Keys (F1, F2...) were displayed in white bold instead of multimedia, as they are faintly printed and it is difficult to see which one to press (I mainly use them in the commercial programs I create as well as in the Delphi environment).
Other than that, both the keyboard and the mouse connected instantly to the USB (I had no reason to check for Bluetooth functionality, and I also won't be using it for parallel connection to another PC, at least for now).
Because I had heard that Dell's software has issues, I did not install it. Finally, the large size of the mouse does not bother me, although it is a bit heavy to move around on the desk.

First of all, let me say that I am a fan of Dell.
When I received the set, I expected the keyboard to have an aluminum frame, but it is a silver-painted plastic one.
But I don't have any problem with the keyboard.
The significant problem is the mouse, which is not level on the side that touches the desk, causing it to move like a seesaw from right to left. It is poorly constructed and completely useless, considering that I bought it for 115 euros from a reputable chain, and the box was sealed. I simply believe that Dell is to blame because they did not check the quality of the product.
In the end, they refunded my money, after first exhausting me with various incomprehensible excuses, claiming that they had not received the money from the courier. Fortunately, the store manager was very polite and helpful, and a solution was found.

I have it for 5 days, it's perfect, I connected it to the laptop via Bluetooth without any problem. The mouse is pretty good but I'm not interested, I have the Logitech MX Master3. Within the week, I'm expecting the Dell U2520D monitor. I will connect it to the monitor and I will get back to you. I am a software engineer with daily (12-16 hours professional use) keyboard and mouse usage. I also frequently travel and use multiple PCs, so it is convenient to have a common USB receiver for both devices. There are only two keyboards/mice that meet my needs, this one and the Microsoft Wireless Desktop 900 (my review for Microsoft can be found here: [link]). For those of you with the same needs as me, I recommend looking into the Microsoft option as well.
The Dell KM7321W keyboard is clearly superior in terms of feel and material quality, perhaps the best keyboard I have had in the last ~15 years. It also has indicators for everything on it (battery, connections, caps, num, etc.). The Dell mouse does not seem as sturdy, although it is comfortable in the hand. I believe the receiver is universal for all Dell mice and keyboards, but I am not sure. It should be this one: [link]. If that is the case, I will include it as a pro in case one of the two devices breaks and I need to replace it with another Dell device without having to buy the package again. Overall, I think the price of the package should be lower, considering only the mouse, and I also do not know how long they will last as I have only had them for a short time.
I would buy this particular package again solely for the keyboard.
Edit 04/2024: The default receiver provided with any of the devices is actually universal. If the mouse or keyboard breaks, you can use the same receiver for new corresponding devices. I accidentally destroyed the keyboard and bought a new one (Dell KB700). I paired the existing mouse with the new receiver provided with the new keyboard, but you can still pair it with the old receiver as well. It is the same, it is universal. Pairing is done only once through the Dell Peripheral Manager and only on Windows (I do not know about Mac, there is no application for Linux), so that both devices retain the settings and work directly on all operating systems and/or PCs.

Although of exceptional aesthetics and top-notch writing feel, after approximately 2 months of use, I had not managed to use it efficiently and replaced it with a wired set. The reason was the constant and inexplicable 'freezing', where both the keyboard and the mouse suddenly 'freeze' for a few seconds and then resume. Eventually, following the advice of a technician, I connected it to a USB 2.0 Type-A + power port (called USB 2.0 Type-A + SmartPower on Dell Precision 3630) and it works normally without any issues.

I only got it for the keyboard, which is really quiet with a nice feel and key resistance. The layout and spacing of the keys are ideal, especially for touch typists. I don't use the mouse because it's very noisy. Since I prefer ergonomic and bulky devices, the mouse didn't suit me. So, I came up with a trick and added a 2cm rod underneath, raising it parallel to the desk surface. In combination with a silicone wrist pad, I found the perfect position. The quality is excellent and the connectivity with tablets and mobile phones is very easy. Occasionally, it disconnects but can be easily solved with the on/off button. The battery, which I've been using for 2 months now according to my Dell peripheral manager, shows 100%. I am very satisfied.
