Reviews
- This review is about the colour: Blue
This is the 6th buga set I am buying for my child, this year's jacket color is the nicest of all.
All Columbia buga sets, in terms of waterproofness, don't say much (5000mm) and they are quite warm clothes with thick fabric. It requires dressing in moderation so the child doesn't overheat.
They have found the thick weave of the outer fabric to keep the material from getting wet easily. Take it from someone who has been buying mountain clothes for 30 years, as a solution it works perfectly.
Also, the overall has a special seam they call outgrown; if you have bought the right size overall, by tearing a specific point of the inner seam, you gain three to four more inches in length and have pants for the child for the next season.
The buga jackets are more difficult to last a second season. My main complaint is that they don't have a chest pocket for the lift pass.
Anyway, as vfm it is by far the best choice. Whether you take your child to the snow 2 times or ten.
