Without having an opinion from another plate and after five uses, I believe that this particular one is a good plate. Reading the accompanying documents, I saw that it had undergone a non-stick treatment, so the first time I would use it, after wetting it, I rubbed it with paper and salt, rinsed it with water, dried it with paper, and put it to heat so that it would dry. After its temperature dropped, I brushed it with sunflower oil and heated it until the drop of water I dropped on it turned into a bead and bounced. At this point, I placed burgers on it, slightly reducing the temperature. The food easily released after a while so that I could flip it. By the fifth use, its non-stick ability has indeed improved, and I believe this will continue. I maintain and clean it as I described above. Certainly, compared to a non-stick frying pan, maintenance is a bit of a hassle, but the plate will not be damaged by the temperatures, nor will it scratch like the coating of the frying pan, and additionally, the food tastes different. I believe that for its price, it is a good purchase.
