The primary use of an AMILA Wall Ball is throwing it against a wall, which targets multiple joints and muscle groups simultaneously. For more efficient training, stand in a Dumbbell/Kettlebell Goblet Position and squat before exploding upwards, engaging the muscles of the legs, arms, and back and throwing the ball toward the wall. You can also use it like an AMILA Medicine Ball for exercises such as Crunches, Trunk Twists, and Presses. AMILA Wall Balls are NOT intended for ground-slamming exercises. Functional exercises with the AMILA Wall Ball strengthen many muscle groups and joints, which can help in your everyday life.
