I got to know the product from my physiotherapist, who applied it to me after physical therapy to help with my chronic tendonitis problem. Excellent application, it lasted until the next physical therapy four days later (after each shower, I dried it a bit with the hairdryer). I didn't expect it to help me so much! Excellent for the money!
