The Performance Protein is a recent whey protein formula, consisting of whey protein and isolated whey. It is carefully selected to avoid cheaper and less effective forms of protein, focusing exclusively on high-quality protein.
It includes 25 different flavors, offering variety and choices. It is recommended to consume one serving of Performance Protein when a full meal is not practically feasible, such as after a workout, during travel, or at work.
For individuals with higher protein requirements, two servings may be needed to meet daily needs. The ideal ratio is 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. For example, a person weighing 140 pounds could consume 140 grams of protein spread throughout the day for optimal results in recovery, fat loss, and improved body composition.
Consuming less than 20 grams of protein per meal has been shown to have a less efficient effect, so it is suggested to consume at least 20 grams of protein at each meal.
Dosage: Mix one scoop (1 Scoop = 30 grams) with 250ml of water or milk. Take 1 - 2 servings per day; on training days, consume one serving in the morning and one immediately after training. On non-training days, you can consume one serving upon waking and one serving before bed.
