The first pair I bought lasted 7 years. It is the most comfortable shoe I have worn, it doesn't tire me at all (and I walk 3 km a day) and it is very lightweight. For it to last that long means that the leather is of exceptional quality.

Take a size smaller than your athletic shoes. They fit like Dr. Martens. Good quality construction, I don't know about durability yet. They are very lightweight and stylish, standing out from the usual. Stitched leather sole with excellent EVA insoles. They look okay at first glance, but not worth more than 60€ due to their simple construction mainly. I wear them all day at work, office, walking about 2 km a day, 10 hours. I will come back for durability and impressions after at least 6 months of frequent use.

It is lightweight and comfortable to walk in. I wear size 44½ in Nike and size 43½ in Timberland, but in these shoes, size 43 fits fine. They are relatively difficult to put on, meaning they cannot be worn hands-free like athletic shoes.
They have a disadvantage that no one mentions, which is that they have a hard sole. The plastic interface that touches the ground is relatively hard. This means that when you walk on a hard surface like tiles or asphalt, there is a slight vibration. You can notice this, whereas when you walk on dirt, for example, you don't notice it. Therefore, in my opinion, they are not suitable for long walks in the city.
Also, the construction quality of the Campers I have purchased is not top-notch.
Now, if they are worth the money, I would say yes if you get them on sale. I bought them for €81, but not for €135

I don't know if I have ever worn another shoe that is so comfortable! It is incredibly lightweight, giving you the feeling that you are barefoot (that you are wearing socks!) and honestly making you wonder "am I wearing it? Am I wearing a shoe right now?". I made the "mistake" of trying Camper for the first time in my life. I don't know anymore if I would wear any other brand! My only mistake is that I didn't try it earlier. Amazing! I have been buying this specific model of Camper for 10 years now. I have gotten it in many colors, but for some reason, the black one with the blue laces opened at the seams on the right side as soon as I wore it within the first week. I didn't throw it away, I took it and had leather put on the inside where it opened, and I continued to wear it, not as my main shoe, but occasionally. Well, a month later, the other shoe opened again at the same seam, this time on the left side. The brown nubuck one, I have bought it twice and it is indestructible. Overall, it is a decent shoe if you exclude this particular color (K100249-012), which turned out to be poor quality.
