Although much cheaper, it is more durable than the original silicone from the phone manufacturer. I had the same one for the iPhone 12 Pro Max and after four years of use, it still looks like new. Without being too thick, it protects not only the body of the phone but also the screen and the cameras with a sufficiently raised lip. The back surface is matte, with a slightly textured honeycomb pattern to prevent slipping. The buttons are perfect, while the cutout for the camera button is large enough that the button works as if the case isn't there.
