"Mental Strengthening Exercises" is a valuable tool, a comprehensive approach to brain exercise. Each of the 25 sessions contains eight exercises, and at the end of each session, there are answers to validate the effort. The book is aimed at all those who wish to maintain their mental flexibility and performance, regardless of age or health condition.
