Description

The greatest journey of our lives is undoubtedly the path we are called to take into the depths of our own selves. However, many times, fear, prejudices, and our own personal, narrow boundaries in which we have been trapped since childhood make this journey difficult, perhaps even impossible.

For those who truly wish to escape the patterns of internal stagnation and oppression, there are ways out. Dr. Grigoris Vasileiadis, psychologist and psychotherapist, records through his deep personal experience in the psychotherapeutic process stories, advice, and observations that act as a "guide" for those who wish to make such a journey a reality, in order to emerge into the light of personal happiness and awareness.

Above all, however, the "Psychotherapeutic Journey" stands out because it does not remain in academic terms and rigid formulas, but dives into the core of our fixations and neuroses to shed light on what holds us back, while simultaneously illuminating the solutions we can no longer postpone. A direct, empirical narrative that contains within its torrential discourse the possibility of a substantial awakening.

Very difficult to understand....deliberately excessive vocabulary to the point of nausea, at some point you get tired just reading it...while it may be saying correct things.

A book that has deeply touched my soul.
It has shown me paths I haven't walked, it has taken me to seas I was afraid to sail...
I would recommend it to anyone who truly wants to live...
