  The plastic material of the case is so soft that if you wear it a bit tightly on your wrist and bend your wrist, the strap unhooks from the case, resulting in the strap coming off continuously, and if it happens even once, it will come off with the slightest movement
  What I observed from my side and from the store where it was purchased is that the plastic is so soft that the hole where the straps hook almost tears
  The store made an attempt to replace it with thicker straps without success
  Now the strap comes off even when it slightly catches on the sleeve of the jacket
  Finally, there was an update to the representative from the store of purchase, and they do not take responsibility for replacement nor did they consider the information to be noted as a defect or to avoid it in future batches

  This smartwatch is truly a pleasant surprise. I've been wearing it on my wrist for 15 days and I'm impressed! It supports a wide range of features that I didn't expect. Besides measuring steps, calories, and exercise, it has a few other functions that I found very useful. It has the option to light up like a flashlight, a calculator, a stopwatch, a countdown timer, a barometer, an AI assistant, and weather. Also, the app supports various features such as reminders for water, walking, and a hygiene assistant for handwashing. One thing I really liked was that the user can set the length of their stride so that the distance calculation is accurate. I should also mention that the leather and silicone straps give the watch an excellent look that makes it unique. Finally, the battery lasts about 10 days with typical use (without using GPS). Not bad at all!
