  I have been using them on my children for 3 years now and I have 2 observations to make. As for the quality of construction, the bottle is very good (and resistant to falls). On the other hand, I was impressed that both of the new caps broke in the exact same spot within the first 2 days of use (at the junction with the ring). I don't know if it was just a coincidence or if the quality and thickness of the plastic changed... The older ones, as shown in the photo, are still holding up! Also, the pacifier needs to be cleaned daily to avoid any odor and everything is fine...
