Usage Instructions:

• Open the package and unfold the mask, separating the ear loops along the dotted line.
• Apply the mask to the eye area, with the white side against your skin.
• Place the mask on your face and the straps behind your ears.
• Relax in a comfortable position with your eyes closed for about 20 minutes.
• If you feel too hot, remove the mask for a moment and put it back on if needed.
