Electronic metal detector with Wide and Spot Scanning functions. The MetalliScanner® M40 quickly and easily locates metal in wood, drywall, panels, and other non-metallic surfaces.

It detects ferrous (magnetic) metals up to a depth of 102 mm and non-ferrous (non-magnetic) metals up to a depth of 51 mm. It detects nails that attach wooden boards to the frame rails and finds plumbing pipes, conduits, rebar, nails, and screws in walls, floors, and ceilings.

The MetalliScanner® M40 has two scanning modes, each with a progressive LED display. As it approaches a metal object, the red LEDs light up from bottom to top. The top blue light coil and an audio signal indicate the position of the metal target.
