The perfect drink for winter. The orchid plant serves as the primary raw material, where the tuber is cleaned and dried. Then, the tubers are ground at different stages to produce the final product, the well-known salep. The salep drink is prepared based on the traditional Eastern recipe with a vanilla flavor.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups water
• 1 tsp. Salep (12 g)
• Cinnamon

PROCESS

In a small pot, add 2 cups of water or milk and dissolve 1 teaspoon of salep (8g). Boil while stirring until it thickens. Garnish with cinnamon, cloves, or ginger.
