  And the 5 stars are few for this jacket, the special omni heat lining it has inside does an amazing job. The fit is regular. Take it in your size if you want to fit a sweater or jacket inside, otherwise, take a smaller size if you wear it alone.
  I bought it mainly because I wanted a lightweight warm jacket for a trip I wanted to take to Poland. It has made me look good.
  Personally, in temperatures around 0 degrees, I wear it with a short-sleeved shirt and a jacket or a sweater, and it's perfect.
  It was also tested in the rain and nothing passed through inside.
  Overall, I highly recommend it, especially at this price, such a jacket can only be considered value for money.

  Slightly towards regular jacket, very lightweight.
  It's not the jacket I would wear in colder weather...
  I believe it's good from 19 degrees with a short-sleeved shirt to 7-8 degrees with a thick shirt underneath.

  I have been using this jacket for about 2 years and I really haven't worn anything better. Initially, it is incredibly lightweight to the point where you forget you're wearing it, and in terms of warmth, I haven't felt cold even in difficult weather conditions (ski resort in Metsovo, -10 degrees Celsius, 3-4 Beaufort wind, with a fleece underneath). In terms of waterproofing, in light rain there is no issue, but in a heavy storm, you might notice that something is not right. In summary, this jacket is reliable as it will never betray you in terms of warmth, and the large pockets are very helpful as they can fit anything without it being visible to those around you. I believe the price is exactly where it should be (I bought it for 130 euros). Columbia has once again shown its value.

  Today I bought and wore this jacket for the first time after a morning purchase. I paid 120 out of 140 (in the province) and went home, put on my fleece and continued my outing. After a while, I realized that I didn't need the fleece because I was sweating, despite the cold and humidity. Without further ado, I later went out with a short-sleeved shirt, which I never do because I'm always feeling cold. The jacket is amazing in terms of warmth, I am very satisfied, and it looks even better when you wear it than in the pictures. I gave it 4 stars because I didn't like the sleeves much, they were a bit wide, and it had the same issue with the abdominal area. I have a peculiar body, but it fits perfectly on the back, although it widens a bit towards the chest and below, which slightly affects the overall feeling. It is definitely not waterproof, just like any other jacket, except for pure mountain or ski jackets, like the O'neal I had, which was waterproof but not warm. Also, I forgot to mention that it has warm pockets (very important) and two huge inner pockets

  Although I usually don't structure my reviews in a Positive-Negative format, I will do so this time for a reason.
  POSITIVES
  1) With the same comfort that it can be worn in temperatures of 3-5 degrees Celsius, it can also be worn at 18-20... as it is not only quite warm but also breathable. I must admit that I didn't expect the latter!
  2) Against high intensity "cold air," it has proven to be almost impenetrable!
  3) It has the most spacious (2 large side + 2 huge internal) and warm pockets compared to any other jacket I own, and believe me, I have quite a few.
  4) Quality "YKK" zippers that probably won't let you down ever!
  5) If you look in the right places, you will find it in 14 different colors + color combinations for every taste.
  Reading the above, some of you might imagine that at €98 (what I paid), I hit the jackpot.......??
  Unfortunately, such a thing is far from reality!
  NEGATIVES
  1) The fact that the hood is not detachable wouldn't bother me at all personally if it weren't for its size. Being huge, it would fit much better on the head of "Kazamboumbou" than on mine!
  2) In the same philosophy, the sleeves, which might please "Ronnie Coleman" but not me. They are so puffy and wide, and combined with the color (mine are yellow), they make me look like the "Michelin" man.
  3) While it is "regular fit" and fits very well on the shoulders and back, as it goes down, it "opens" completely awkwardly, creating (only when we close it) an unsightly "sagging." Of course, this might benefit those with a few extra pounds, but what about me, who don't?
  4) Without having noticed any strange unraveling (that would be missing), the seams are definitely sparse (a slight stretch will convince you), and one might expect this from a €15 jacket, but not from one costing €140 (retail price) and especially from such a company!
  5) 2 of the 3 reviews that preceded mine state that the product is waterproof. REALLY NOW?? Where does this come from?
  In any case, I personally wasn't "caught off guard" as I knew in advance, but when I found out that this poorly made, mediocre quality, and "heavily" disappointing Columbia jacket does not have even a basic DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish, which would provide some protection against light rain, I was honestly taken aback. Of course, the company claims that in mild rain or snow conditions, we are protected! Ok, but for how long? Consider it a given that if you are exposed to a light rain for more than 20'-30', you will return home wet and with a jacket whose weight will have increased quite annoyingly! I won't even mention what will happen if you encounter an unexpected downpour on the road.............................BITTERNESS!
  CONCLUSIONS
  - Based on my criteria, purchasing the "powder lite hooded" is a tragically poor choice, especially at a price greater than €70-80!
  UPDATE 16/12/21
  The weather is "cooling down" significantly, and all the following suggestions are from somewhat to much better in specific areas (excluding the pockets) but also overall than the "fake" of the description, at least in my humble opinion.
  - A little more expensive
  A) Columbia (Element Blocker Interchange jacket). I have it and it has been reviewed.
  B) The North Face (Quest insulated). I have it and it has been evaluated. This one, regardless of whether you read my post or not, deserves "excessively" your attention!

  -For those who are willing to dig "a bit deeper" into their pockets
  A) Helly Hansen (Swift 4). Although it is of very high quality, I don't like its somewhat small pockets and it is probably sold at a much higher price than it should be. However, if you find it around 200-220 euros, then buy it with your eyes closed!
  B) The North Face (Mountain Light GTX Triclimate Jacket) The most expensive jacket I own but absolutely top-notch in every aspect! If there is something that bothers me, it's that some feathers are coming out from the inside "down jacket," without, however, diminishing its effectiveness in the slightest.

  Update 22/11/22
  Two years after acquiring it, it is now used as an outer layer during fishing nights on the rocks, as pieces of the lining have started to appear. "BEAUTIES"!! At least it serves this purpose quite well since, as I mentioned in my introduction, it "holds strong" in the cold!
