Visible results when taken on an empty and ONLY stomach. Also, if someone does not exercise, there is no reason to take carnitine. You don't need to go outside and do sprints with 50 kg weights, but if you combine it with an empty stomach* and something simple like 1 hour of intense walking, you will be drinking water in my name.. I don't give 5 stars because it is expensive for the mg and next time I will prefer another supplement.
