Although they are durable, personally I find them very difficult as the removable parts shoot out during movements.

As other users have mentioned, the dumbbells are a bit large for thin wrists, especially if they don't have all the distributed weights on them.

Personally, it helped me to position the weights so that when I secure it, they are at the back of my calf. I believe it has better balance that way.

As for the closure, I secure it tightly to catch the extra fabric.

It is well made and generally you can use it as you want. Its negatives are that it does not secure the cases that hold the weights and it does not distribute the weight properly if you use fewer plates

Although this particular type, regardless of the company, is a bit difficult to use and everyone needs to find a way to apply them well on the foot, these show quite well in terms of construction and of course compared to their price.

After a small research, it was found that it is not good to run with weight on one's feet, due to the wear and tear it causes. For static exercise, these specific "weights" are good since weight can be removed.
