The smart band 9 is clearly the best of its kind for the money right now.
Its measurements have slightly greater accuracy than the smart band 8; I would say they are equally good, if not better, than some smartwatches from 2024.
The screen response is satisfactorily fast, while its brightness is noticeably better than that of the smart band 8, as it can reach significantly brighter levels. The difference in battery life is even greater, as it can last over 3 weeks (with battery-friendly settings), while also charging from 0% to 100% in about an hour.
Externally now, it has almost no difference from the smart band 8, except for the surrounding area, which is made of metal (aluminum) with a matte finish, instead of plastic as all previous generations of smart bands had. It should also be noted that because its shape remains the same as that of the previous generation, all the straps that fit the smart band 8 also fit the smart band 9.

  I had the 7 but I lost it in the sea from a dive off a rock and since then I didn't get another one until I was gifted the 9. I don't remember how the 7 was in relation to this one in terms of measurements or how accurate they are.. however, with these numbers you can track your daily activity and calculate based on the changes in your weight as well as how you feel throughout the day over a reasonable period of time your overall progress or any improvements (in sleep, weight, activity level). Personally, since I track food with an app and my weight is relatively stable, the measurements it shows don't have a huge deviation. In terms of sleep and wake-ups, although I didn't expect it, it is quite accurate. Now, something that tells you what animal you are based on your sleep, well, it's just something to talk about.. I give it 4 stars because of the strap. While I searched, I couldn't find a silicone one that closes but has notches like the factory one.. meaning you can't put the band 9 and have it snap somewhere else.. it's again risky for it to come off...

  First of all, I want to say that it is beautiful, very elegant and discreet with good construction and quality materials. I got it with the black strap as it comes in its packaging.

  It is absolutely worth the €35.

  Things I liked:
  1. It is very easy to wear and take off and does not tire you while you wear it.
  2. It is waterproof.
  3. It has a fantastic screen, small but readable and bright.
  4. It has a function that reminds you every hour of inactivity to get up and move. I have activated it because I do office work and it helps a lot.
  5. It has a workout function that counts the steps you take, your heart rate, the heart rate zones you enter, the time you maintain in each zone, and the calories you burn.

  And I want to emphasize this point. Whatever exercise I do (crunches, weights, cardio, etc.), I activate the walking function as exercise. This way, I have the data readily available on the screen (heart rate, calories, etc.). This helps me a lot to maintain cardio in the second zone for fat burning or to move on to the next set after my heart rate drops.

  6. You can also measure your oxygen and stress levels.
  7. And the simplest thing, you can see the time at any moment.

  Also, by wearing a wristband, you can wear the band higher on your arm and it still measures correctly. I didn't expect that.

  However, the step measurement is not that reliable. I have noticed that it misses about 1/3 of the steps and does not count them. It mainly has to do with the movement of the arms while you walk. If you walk without moving your arms much, it does not count the actual steps you have taken.

  Also, the calories it measures are approximate and far from the actual calories you burn, mainly during inactivity and sleep. During exercises, it measures them more accurately.

  I do not regret buying it; it is very useful, especially during workouts.

You can't reply with preset messages for example.. since it said it supports iOS, I expected it to support it but no, I connected it with Android and it worked fine. And when it disconnects due to distance, it doesn't reconnect well even if I turn Bluetooth off and on, it needs a restart to fix it or I have to disconnect and reconnect from the app.. probably only does this on iPhone, otherwise it's good..
