This is my first purchase of a robot vacuum. Due to a limited budget, I wanted something affordable. In a house without pets, but with a person with long hair that leaves hair everywhere, it cleans satisfactorily. It maps the area very well, while the app is quite easy to use, although sometimes when the internet does a momentary reset, the vacuum stops where it is. The dustbin is easy to clean. I haven't used it for mopping because it doesn't accept any cleaning solution. At this price, of course, I don't think anyone expects to buy a device that will replace daily mopping.
Very good purchase so far (we have it for 3 months). It does what it promises and mainly goes up easily on carpets.
I bought it for the multiple mapping. If you have it with the technology, it's fine. Otherwise, someone can help you with the wifi connection, configuration, mappings, etc. It's worth the money
I am very satisfied and this is the first vacuum of this kind that I am buying. It is important that the necessary adjustments have been made before mapping so that it can function properly afterwards, although I see that it updates the map when it detects a new area. It cleans very well on a simple carpet type. It may happen that a little piece of trash is left behind now and then, but for me, it does a very good job. It may also happen that it cannot clean perfectly in the edges or corners. As for mopping, I did not know that in all these devices it is not allowed to add detergent, so it immediately lost its purpose... However, I saw that the cloth it has can be removed and washed easily.
I didn't have any other vacuum of this kind to have a comparison, but even though I have a dog and there is an additional peculiarity, this specific vacuum is another level, I've had it for about a month and I am absolutely satisfied so far....!
I was very against buying a robot vacuum. I thought it wasn't a good purchase. That was until I bought this one. It is very good. I take back all the negatives and say it is worth the money. This particular model maps the area very quickly, has a lot of sensors for objects, and cleans excellently. One of the best purchases of 2024!

I got it on sale for €140... It cleans amazingly, goes through all the spots, and obstacles in the house don't bother it at all... For those who have pets (cat - dog), it is ideal... Easy app, with one click it starts cleaning... The mopping is typical, and I don't believe there is a person who thinks a robot vacuum can replace the human hand when it comes to mopping. Generally, if you have pets, it frees you from the daily sweeping with the conventional machine... It sweeps for me twice a day, and the floor shines
For everyday use, it is excellent for vacuuming. Okay, don't expect Siemens 2600 watt performance, but it does the job very well. It has a bit of an issue with carpets, but it generally manages, you might need to stick them down with double-sided tape on the floor.
I give it 4/5 as I believe that for its price it is very good. It has three cleaning modes that do a great job and is entirely controlled by its app, which is excellent. I don't need to mention the mopping as I think anyone who thinks that with 180 (my purchase price) it can also mop is mistaken. For a refresh, it's fine.
It is simply perfect. I have a dog in the apartment and it saved me. It cleans, in my opinion, better than the vacuum cleaner!
The product works as it should. I don't have experience with robotic vacuums, but since it vacuums and mops quite well, I think it's good. Its battery doesn't run out quickly, but it is quite slow, not that it's necessarily a problem if you set it to clean while you're away. (I set it to clean about 18 sqm, and it takes close to half an hour.) It doesn't make much noise. As for the app:
1. It has real-time tracking of the vacuum's location.
2. You can schedule the program (vacuuming, mopping, intensity, humidity) and the rooms you want it to clean.
3. You can set it to clean even a specific area only.
4. Similarly, you can exclude certain parts of the house.
5. It also keeps a history of the cleaning and many other features
It is quite good, I had a Xiaomi before of course the only negative for now is that the little brush underneath keeps coming off. Other than that, it is a good purchase and I got it at a very competitive price. It does mapping and the fact that you can set points where you don't want it to go is very helpful. I would like it to be a bit stronger in its vacuuming compared to its features and price, I got it for €169 and the stores had it for €249
First time robotic vacuum even though I was very hesitant.
I don't intend to use it for mopping. Essentially, it just sprinkles a little bit of a cloth and spreads it over the surface... for me, this is not mopping. As for vacuuming, it does an excellent job; during the first use, it mapped around 150 sqm of the house, and the app says the area it vacuums is around 35, which is reasonable since furniture, etc., reduce the available floor space for vacuuming... so it can also work for much larger homes.
It needs good WiFi; I have a mesh system with 6 TP-Link Deco nodes, and everything is fine.
If the internet goes down or there is a disruption, the vacuum stops working, as if it’s playing dead.
The cross-shaped brush is excellent; it even works under the interior doors in the house, picking up the fluff that gathers, although this part will probably need to be replaced quite often.
I found it expensive as a purchase, especially compared to other models, for example, the ones shown by Sotiris, the unboxing specialist on YouTube, but I wanted a first vacuum with available spare parts in Greece through Skroutz, so to speak, instead of a Bugatti Veyron, I was looking for the equivalent of a well-used Toyota Yaris, and that’s why I chose this specific model. Until the last moment, I was hesitating about the money and thought about getting a used one from Vendora, but in the end, I bought it, used the vacuum, and I don’t regret my money.
I will update the review. So far so good, although it’s still early.
For those of you with pets, cats, or dogs that shed, you should buy this vacuum; it will save you.
amazing vacuum, many features, incredible mapping in 3 minutes, good cleaning and in silent operation
The worst vacuum by far. While it started off very well, it vacuumed and mopped effectively, had great mapping of the space, and completed the vacuuming and mopping in a very good time. Then it suddenly took a downturn for no reason and started not doing the whole house, even though it was set to do so. It began to vacuum on its own at different times than when I had set it, or it would do half the house and then stop for no reason, spinning in place and continuing the rest of the house after 5 hours. Its little vacuum, meaning the rotating one with the bristles, constantly falls off for no reason. For me, it is problematic
Although this is the first robot vacuum I have purchased and I have no point of comparison, I am absolutely satisfied. I haven't used a regular vacuum since I got it. I have a large house with many rooms and doors, and I also have a cat. I set it to run every day for the hallway, kitchen, and living room very early, and when I wake up, everything is clean! I made the necessary adjustments in the house (I tidied up cables and anything that could be removed from the floor) to avoid problems with the vacuum and to minimize the areas the vacuum cannot reach. The house is always clean. The best purchase I made this year.
