I don't have an opinion on the quality of the headphones (I bought them for someone else), but I wanted to note some important information about headphones that have a USB-C connection, which I didn't know and made a mistake with my first purchase: All headphones work with analog audio signals. The common 3.5mm output produces an analog signal, but USB-C does not always do so. Some phones have a built-in DAC circuit for converting digital audio to analog for the signal they output through USB-C, while others do not, which means they output a digital audio signal through USB-C. In this case, the headphones must have the corresponding circuit, otherwise they won't work at all. You can read more about it here:

There is no standardization in phones regarding this issue, so the buyer must research it, and this specific information is not always readily available.

These specific headphones are "active," meaning they have a built-in DAC, so they work with all mobile devices that output sound through USB-C, while others that I bought without knowing didn't work for the phone I wanted them for (a Samsung Galaxy A33) despite the assurances of the seller...

The first time I bought this product, it was defective. That is, when I connected the C port to my phone, it caused interference. Also, many times it would stop the music on its own or hang up the phone when I made a call. Anyway, luckily I had bought it with a warranty and it was replaced. However, the product I received, as soon as I opened it and tried to connect it to the device, the port did not fit properly at all. Unacceptable, do not buy it.

  I BOUGHT the white EO-IC100 with a box (not the bulk version), and it came much more expensive. They also have silicone replacements for the earbuds. They have black ones too, but nothing in color. As soon as I wear them, I feel like when I go for ear cleaning with water. Because they create a vacuum inside the ear, I caught myself shouting at the conversation partner, and getting tired because you can't hear outside, so you lose control. They came out very easily from the ears. I bought JBL yesterday with a flat cable and in many colors so I can distinguish them from my other new and old ones, which are all white, with a hard earbud tip that sits outside. I can hear and talk normally and they don't fall out! I won't wear these specific ones again

  I have the Samsung-AKG (3.5 jack) that came with the S10e I purchased (4 years ago). They play amazingly, with impressive deep bass, nice mids, and highs (you wonder how such great sound comes from such small headphones, especially the bass).
  So, I decided to buy another pair for my wife's phone. I got the model with USB-C, because the ones with 3.5 jack are no longer available (in original). So, I made sure to confirm that I am getting the original ones, and they did come in a box with all the Samsung details, not in a plastic bag. They also had 3 sets of silicone tips, so we found the one that fits my wife's ear. And so far, everything is good, the braided cable doesn't tangle, etc.
  The BIG disappointment came when we played music. Shrill treble, nonexistent bass. I even tried the Samsung app that adjusts the headphones to the user's ear. There was a slight improvement but nothing significant, the bass is still missing. And in a 1 to 1 comparison with the old ones I have, on the SAME phone (which also has a 3.5 jack), it was like day and night.
  I went to the Samsung website and they have them for 30 €, but the store where I bought them had them for around 15. Could they be fake despite the box, the papers, etc? I don't know, and it's not easy to determine. I also don't know if the ones with USB-C are the same as the ones with 3.5 jack.
  So, I contacted Samsung to ask about the model with the 3.5 jack, and they told me to get spare parts from 2 companies that have the OFFICIAL Samsung service. Both companies have them, so I asked about the price, specifying that I want an ORIGINAL product. One company told me 15 € and the other... 45!!! The model is EO-IG955, which is listed in various stores from a ridiculous price of 5 € to a "reasonable" 15 € (and in a plastic bag packaging). It has very bad reviews for sound quality. What I got with USB-C is the EO-IC100, which Samsung also has. There is also the EO-IG955 code with a USB-C connector, which I find unlikely to have the same code, there must be a mistake somewhere.
  So, the question remains whether the USB-C has bad sound quality or if I got a fake product, and how to interpret the 2 prices of 15 and 45 for the same product from OFFICIAL Samsung stores/repair centers, and if the 15 ones are fake while the 45 ones are genuine.
  Finally, I am surprised that all these fake products are circulating and Samsung hasn't filed any lawsuits. Unless they are NOT fake, and Samsung has compromised the quality. Which again doesn't seem logical, since the headphones are branded AKG, a high-quality audio company that wouldn't want to "ruin" its name.
  I will send a letter to Samsung and inform them about the situation...
