For the money, it is excellent. It does its job well. For daily home care, it is just what you need. It does not replace vacuuming carpets and floors with a regular vacuum, but for those who do not have time to clean daily, it is just what you need!!
Everything is perfect, just not 5 stars because sometimes it gets confused and stays still, spinning around. This doesn't last long, and I think it will improve with the next update. Cleaning mopping 10/10.
I've had it for a week and I've set it to vacuum and mop (only with water) automatically once a day. I realized how much work it does when I opened it to empty it after 4 days. I couldn't believe what it had collected. I have a cat and the carpets are spotless. The only thing that makes it struggle is carpets with fringes, where it can get caught. OK, if you have a small house and there are many objects, it won't do everything, corners, etc., but for daily use, it's totally worth it! And it's super easy to clean and the app works just fine. Don't think about it at all!
Having had many robot vacuums in the past and watching many videos on YouTube, I ended up with this vacuum which has left me completely satisfied; the battery lasts for the entire house which is 130 square meters and it cleans very well
I got it 4 days ago, and it does what it promises. It easily covers 90 square meters, recharges, and continues. It goes over sliding door tracks! On very thin and light carpets, it gets a bit stuck, but it will do everything to untangle itself. It goes back over spots that it clearly did for better cleaning. I haven't tried it for mopping yet. It talks to you and keeps you informed about everything. What else can I say, I have no words! We have it as a toy! Oh, and it collects incredible dust. It doesn't go on shaggy carpets.

I have had it for about a month and I have literally been saved from daily sweeping! With three kids and a cat in my house, it has freed me up! Mopping is not perfect but quite satisfactory! I highly recommend it!!
I highly recommend it if you have kids, cats, dogs; it will make your life easier, I would definitely buy it again! It's worth every penny!
It is truly amazing in every way! It collects a lot of stuff in the bin, which proves that it leaves nothing behind and picks up very well (I generally take care of the house without making a mess, and still the bin fills up). Also, one very good thing I noticed is that it collects hair very well, which doesn't get picked up by a conventional vacuum because it sticks to the carpets. This one picks them up, and I think that most of the work is done by the bottom brush collecting them. Mopping is very good. One negative is that when it goes onto the carpets, even though it lifts the pads, they still touch the carpet a bit, especially if the pile is high, which can cause the pads to collect lint and dirt from the carpet.
It does exactly what it says! After 20 days, it has solved my problems with the hair from my little dog! I hope it lasts forever!

By far the best purchase I have made in recent years! Like many others, I had great hesitation regarding its performance and whether it could replace traditional sweeping/mopping. The answer is yes, and then some; it has truly freed me up! The sensors have evolved so much that it avoids objects at a millimeter's distance. Due to the holidays, there were various small items in the area, which did not pose an obstacle for the vacuum, and of course, no damage was caused. On a carpet with high and thick pile, it climbed up and cleaned it without even breaking a sweat. The mapping is excellent and updates automatically if an object has been moved since the last cleaning (e.g., taking down the tree decorations or moving furniture). When mopping, it leaves not a single mark from streaks, and the floor shines (I have tried up to the 2nd level of water flow). Its spare parts, as I saw in the app, have quite a few hours of expected life with the basic requirement being proper maintenance. A must-buy, and the only thing you will regret is that you didn't buy it sooner!
The vacuum does exactly what it promises in its features! It essentially solves your daily cleaning and keeps your space perfectly maintained. It clearly does not replace the classic vacuum cleaner that you need to use so that the little robot can keep the house clean! Satisfactory cleaning of carpets, but be careful as it does not go over carpets with very high pile and also gets tangled and stops on fine fringes of carpets. Of course, I recommend it without a second thought!
I've had it for almost a month. The vacuuming it does is very strong and for floors, parquet, tiles, even for carpets. The mopping is equally good. I put a drop of floor cleaner to make the tiles smell nice and shine. It easily goes over thick carpets. For the money, it's worth it!
It cleans very well if the dirt is low, if it is high it struggles, it goes up but does not clean. If there are fringes or threads, they get stuck in the brush and it stops until you clean it. In all other respects, it does an amazing job of cleaning. It has not been tested for mopping yet.
I am very satisfied with the purchase of the vacuum cleaner. It vacuums and mops decently. It does not replace the traditional electric one, but if you use it daily, it keeps the house clean. It cleans carpet-type rugs, but if they have a higher pile or are like fringes, like mine, it doesn't pick them up. It is not silent, but the noise it makes does not bother me. Overall, I recommend it because I got rid of daily vacuuming!

I upgraded from a model about 6 years old. If this one lasts as long as the other, it's a perfect investment. The house is now both vacuumed and mopped.
(It says not to put detergent/mopping liquid in the water tank to avoid clogging, etc. When I need it to vacuum/mop, I pour a little mopping detergent on the cloths.)
Very good, cleans very well, having 3 pets, on the floor and on the carpets it’s like they didn’t walk on it, very good for mopping too. Excellent mapping of the space. Value for money 1000%. I, as a skeptic, didn’t expect it to do so much work. And yet it proved me wrong.
It does what it promises and leaves the house clean from corner to corner almost. It also goes up on carpets slightly higher than expected, so +1 for that. In general, it cleans hands and maintains the house, saving you many hours of cleaning. User-friendly and simple application that makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it. The manual says to give it 1.5 meters in front and 60 cm free on the sides at the base, but I placed it in a corner and it aligns and charges just fine. I say all this after one month of use.
Former owner of the S10 that has seen better days and switched to the S20+, it truly is like night and day. Get it with your eyes closed!!! It goes over carpets and doesn't wet them with its mops. The mops do an excellent job of mopping, nothing like the S10. Very powerful motor with the ability to automatically adjust the intensity when it detects carpets. I have 3 different types of carpets, low, medium, and high pile, and it recognizes all three. I haven't seen it bump into any furniture, unlike the S10 which constantly bumped into everything. I will report back on durability.
I'm not an expert on robot vacuums, as this is my first one, so I hope to help.
Initially, we are a family with small children, so when they eat, they fill the floor with crumbs everywhere, and when doing various things with paper, it gets filled with paper bits all over the house.
A prerequisite for optimal results is to pick up any items on the floor.
Its vacuuming is very good in my opinion, where we used to vacuum twice a week with a conventional vacuum, while now, due to convenience, we use it three times.
Also, the mopping is good, and it dries the water quickly and recognizes carpets on its own and does not mop if you choose that from the app.
When it finishes each time, we take out the cloths and wash them by hand with a little soap and let them dry, and once a week we empty the vacuum's bin, which, although I didn't expect it, collects a lot of dust.
The best proof of the result is the children's socks that they wear at home, which get dirty very little while they wear them for days.
It just can't get the corners well, so you'll need to do a quick pass there periodically if you want.
Since I was very skeptical, thinking that these vacuums don't do a good job, I have completely revised my opinion!
The best choice so far, the addition of the two rotating cloths is ideal, they clean deep tile and wooden floors. It makes perfect paper, you send it wherever you want through the app it has and many other functions. It cleans carpets, climbs obstacles, normal noise. I already have the Xiaomi S5 and Xiaomi Mop2 but the S20+ is the best choice so far
I didn't mop, but from sweeping, mapping, and going around everywhere, everything is perfect. Only if the fringes of the rug are long, it might stop on the large rug where the fringes are not long; it passes easily, and the rug goes up and down easily. Very good!!! You won't believe what it collects. - Update after 6 sweeps, almost every day, it collects stuff in a clean house, and it also goes over thick cables and even the legs of the drying rack that I had inside due to the rain!
The vacuum is generally very good and quite fast! The only downside is that it doesn't go over carpets with high pile, so keep that in mind before you buy it. If it's medium pile, it goes up and does a good job. Also, it doesn't easily go between the legs of chairs, probably because it considers them obstacles and doesn't touch them at all. This is also the difference I noticed compared to the iRobot I had in the past, which do touch the furniture without causing damage and go between chair legs, etc., passing many times. So if you want better cleaning, choose iRobot, but they will be more expensive and will take longer to clean

Perfect vacuum, cleans fantastically, leaves no trace on tiles, as for mopping, perfect as well, very good mapping. I use it in a 120 square meter house twice a day, everything is fantastic, perfect choice, I recommend it without reservation, whoever gets it will be saved
The best thing I have ever bought in my life. It cleans perfectly and goes up on carpets and reaches the corners. It also mapped the house very quickly and the app is super easy.
We are very satisfied in general! When vacuuming, it makes a bit of noise to operate at night, for example, even at low intensity, but okay, a vacuum cleaner doesn't operate silently either; we run it when we're away from home at work, so it doesn't bother us. With our big dog, the house was always a mess; now we come home and it's clean. The only thing I haven't tried is to put a little floor liquid in the water for the smell; I don't know if I should risk it. Anyway, it mops quite well with the 2 mops... we haven't regretted a moment since we got it.
*It is also hidden under the couch (it fits, yes) so it doesn't risk being taken out by our little monster; it only comes out when we're away, and everything is going well. It's been a month, and it still hasn't realized its existence, haha
