The NOVA series includes small, lightweight, and precise knives for various applications, mainly for peeling or spreading. The knives are manufactured in Spain. The blades are made from a roll of metal from the innovative, martensitic stainless steel NITRUM® with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. The handles are made from polypropylene. This material is directly applied to the axis, which enhances the durability of the connection. The slightly textured handle prevents the knives from slipping out of the hand.
