The balloons are sent deflated. It is recommended not to inflate them with more liters of air or helium than those indicated by the manufacturer as there is a risk of bursting. In case you wish to inflate a bubble type balloon with helium, to make it float high, you must apply a special liquid maintenance material inside it.
