Very good fish oil from a reliable company. It is made from anchovies/sardines, which is good. We don't need it to be made from cod liver oil like our parents knew, since the amount of vitamin D it provides is already small. It is preferable to take vitamin D on its own.

It provides 350mg EPA / 250mg DHA per capsule, which are however large. It provides the same amount as others with just one capsule, but it is probably easier to swallow two smaller ones. The price is expensive, like everything in the domestic market.
