Serious dry eye, allergic conjunctivitis.
I have used Refresh, Optofresh Ecto, Hyalovet, Hylopan, Artelac complete, Optofresh.
The container provides 10 drops with 0.4 ml.
The advantage of Refresh is that not a single drop is lost when opening and closing the container.
Of course, it is very basic tears - sodium chloride, one of the oldest on the market, but a stable value. Suitable for someone with a mild problem. Otherwise, you have to put drops every hour and they are not enough.
Anyway, better than Hyalovet, Optofresh which are sodium hyaluronate, in which drops are lost.
The first time you open the package, you have to put 4 drops because the loss of drops is smaller that way.
In conclusion, it does not relieve the burning sensation of dry eye, as you constantly feel the need to instill drops, nor the itching sensation of conjunctivitis, nor in blepharitis.
It may help in very mild cases.

I have been buying this product for years. I have dry eyes and I also wear contact lenses. Which means that throughout the day, I need hydration and freshness in my eyes.
