I suffer from migraines and chose this product because it mentioned that it contains high magnesium. Unfortunately, when I received it, I saw that it only has 20mg of magnesium citrate per capsule, which is absorbed in a high percentage by the body. However, it contains 200mg of magnesium oxide per capsule, which is not easily absorbed, quickly passes through the intestines, and is used as a laxative. I can't even take the recommended daily dose of two capsules for obvious reasons. For migraines, the recommended magnesium dose is 600mg with high absorbability. So I don't think I will ever buy it again. In fact, I took 2/3 of the pills and threw away the rest because they didn't offer me anything. In any case, the product description should be accurate and corrected.
