I got it on sale for 30 euros, and for that price, it's fine... Not for more though!!!! The watch is very comfortable and suitable for everyday use... But it has some drawbacks. Firstly, the strap breaks after 2 years, even with minimal use. It's not meant to be worn every day, like when you go to work and take it off when you come back. It's not waterproof, only suitable for handwashing at most.
The tragic thing is that there is no genuine strap available, they just offer you a strap that says Casio on it, but it's not the original one that fits this watch. And I ask myself, how is it still being produced with its own strap, and when you go to get it replaced, they tell you that the original one is out of stock... Casio is terrible in my opinion...
The classic retro watch by Casio that made history in the 80s. Lightweight and easy to read. The well-known calculator with small buttons that make it difficult to use. However, this particular model has its own unique beauty! The only drawback is the dial that scratches easily. The build quality is excellent for the price. It is made in China, unlike the old model that was made in Japan.
I wanted it for the exams, it did its job. It's so good that I now wear it as an everyday watch. Before, I didn't even wear a watch because none of them matched my style.
Attention to scratches on the screen. The genuine strap costs 10€ to replace (indeed, it holds less charge than the battery) but otherwise perfect! I bought a second one just in case I can't find it when it gives up the ghost...
Unbeatable watch. Only for the nostalgia it creates, it's worth it. Of course, it has even more to offer, but I won't go into details. It is beautiful, with a readable screen, the keyboard is relatively small but functional. If you have slightly larger fingers, you might struggle, but luckily I don't have such an issue. The biggest and only drawback it has (besides the lack of waterproofing, if such a word exists) is the strap, which will probably break before the battery. However, it's not something terrible, it's 22 millimeters, you can find a better one and replace it. Personally, I will go for something like a NATO style when it's on its last legs. Something I want to add about the screen glass, it's acrylic, which means it doesn't break easily but scratches easily, so be careful.
If I could change or add something to the watch, it would be the option to display the name of the month on the top left instead of the day.
It is a perfect little watch, I really like it. I had it when I was little and I was obsessed with it, it brought back memories. For the money it costs, it's nothing. Get it without fear, wear it and enjoy it every day.
Favorite watch, I have had it for 9 years and this year the strap simply broke. Otherwise, it hasn't suffered anything at all!
A beautiful vintage watch with a large screen and the famous Casio orange backlight. It is not suitable for heavy-duty work, nor for swimming in the sea; it is aimed at those who want a nerd watch from the 80s. I only take it off when I go into the sea. For those who want a vintage Casio, it is the first choice.
Very nice. Up close, you fall in love with it.
