My favorite moisturizer for years! Having skin that breaks out at the slightest provocation, I don't have room for experiments. It moisturizes perfectly, leaves a matte complexion, and has never caused me the slightest problem.

One of the best moisturizers I have tried. It leaves the skin soft and healthy, and I noticed a difference in my oily, acne-prone skin. The problem is that it stings my eyes after a few hours. Especially by the evening, they burn. Although this may be my own issue, it is so annoying that I will not purchase it again.
My skin is oily with a slight tendency for acne at times. My dermatologist recommended this specific cream to me, but unfortunately, not only did it not help me, but while my skin was generally clear without pimples, as soon as I started using it regularly, pimples started appearing on my face. At first, I thought it was a coincidence, but I did at least 3 tests, stopping its use and then after a few days when the pimples subsided, I used it again and every time I was filled with pimples again, and even many, with the climax being the last time, so I threw it away. Also, the sensation it leaves at times was oily and maybe heavy. Perhaps some ingredient does not suit my skin, but it is the worst product I have ever put on my face.

I have combination skin with a tendency for acne, mainly in the chin area and generally in the lower part of my face. Before using a mask, my skin was already problematic, but it became worse with the mask. You can understand how long I have been dealing with this.
This specific cream was recommended to me by a dermatologist, and I have to say that in combination with the Rilastil Cleanser (the green one) for acne-prone skin, I finally saw a difference in my face after 3 years!!
I have to mention that besides these two products, I didn't do anything else in my skincare routine. In fact, I was constantly irritating my skin by wearing makeup all day with a mask on, and yet the difference was significant!
The pimples didn't completely disappear because I have a tendency to pick at them, so they take a long time to completely vanish from my skin (think of them leaving marks), but now it takes at least 2 weeks for a new pimple to appear, whereas before I would get a new one every day. Overall, I am extremely satisfied, but I won't tell you to get it just because it helped me, because for example, I know that La Roche-Posay has helped others but didn't help me, because everyone's skin is different, which is logical. However, if nothing has helped you so far, you can try it and give it time because the difference will be noticeable in a month or more, not from the first day.

4 stars because after a few hours it gets oily, although it may be due to my very oily skin. I constantly buy it because it is the only cruelty-free (meaning not tested on animals) product I have tried that is not too heavy on me. It has helped me a lot!! It is very refreshing, not heavy at all, and my skin accepts it without irritation or pimples. It has a very nice scent and it is lightweight without leaving any greasiness or shine. I should note that I don't currently have active acne, I had it before but now I have cleared up from pimples and only get one occasionally.. so I am also afraid to try something with deeper hydration in case it feels heavy. It is the best moisturizer for oily skin. It reduced my acne and gave my skin a tremendous glow.
I tried it from a sample and I didn't like it at all. I expected it to be matte since it's for acne, but on the contrary, it leaves a feeling of oiliness, even if it's light, which bothers me. I won't buy it.
While most Frezyderm products are excellent, I was not satisfied with this cream. It moisturizes the face but leaves a greasy feeling after some time, which does not help acne-prone skin as it leads to new breakouts.
This specific moisturizer is excellent. It is perfectly lightweight without adding any extra greasiness (unlike the total control which added greasiness). I have combination skin and it responds perfectly. It doesn't get rid of pimples, but it hydrates the oily (and dry) areas just enough.
Quite a good cream, which absorbs easily and leaves a light feeling on combination/dry skin. It is convenient for acne prevention. I used this particular one during a period when I was dealing with acne and, although it did not worsen the problem, I can't say that it helped.

I use the cream three times a day as recommended. It spreads easily, absorbs quickly, and has a fresh scent. My skin has visibly softened, it is moisturized, and the pimples have diminished. It is the second time I order it. The first time I started using it because on one hand I had oiliness and on the other hand my face felt tight and needed hydration. Additionally, I had mild acne. When the first cream ran out, I started a treatment for acne, which helps me a lot. It does not create oiliness for me while at the same time it takes away my dryness. It has a soft texture and absorbs directly. Whoever is not satisfied, let's not forget that not all creams suit all skin types. I was looking to try a different cream from the same line, however, I did not dare and bought the same one again.

Soft cream that does not cause irritation or acne flare-ups on my skin. The scent is just fine. The only downside is that when my skin is dry, I have to apply a large amount of cream to get rid of the dryness. For summer, when the dryness due to weather is less, it is just fine. For winter, it requires a large amount and repetition, which is not cost-effective.
