WATER-BASED ADHESION PRIMER FOR DIFFICULT AND DIFFERENT SURFACES

New technology acrylic water adhesion primer with anti-corrosive protection on metal surfaces. It offers excellent protection on any indoor and outdoor surface such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, galvanized, zinc, wooden surfaces such as chipboard, MDF, and surfaces made of hard PVC, polyester, glass, tiles, ceramics, fiberglass, and already painted with oil paint or powder-coated.

Coverage: 10-12 square meters per liter / coat. Usually requires 1 coat.

Shades: White, Gray, and an unlimited number of light shades.

Gloss level: Matte.

Application: Brush, roller, pressure spray gun, airless spray gun.

Thinning: If needed, up to 5% v/v with water.

Drying time: 1 hour.

Repainting time: 12 - 24 hours.

Packaging: 750 ml, 2.5 liters.

Instructions

SURFACE PREPARATION: The surface must be dry and clean from dust and other residues and cleaned with Kraft Brush Thinner. Remove all flaking or peeling paints. Painted surfaces should be sanded with the appropriate sandpaper to achieve a dull finish.

On new surfaces: Before applying the final paint, apply 1-2 coats of Kraft Multi Primer and lightly sand.

On already painted surfaces: Check the stability of the paint. Remove all remnants of old paint and apply 1 coat of Kraft Multi Primer directly. Then sand lightly.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Avoid application if rain is expected within the next 5 days.
• Before starting painting, dilute up to 10% v/v with water and mix well.
• Painting tools: Brush, roller, or air spray gun.
• Apply 1-2 coats of Kraft Multi Primer for ideal results.
• Minimum repainting time: 24 hours.
• Surface drying: ½-1 hour at 25°C and relative humidity 50%.
• Avoid application at temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C and relative humidity over 65%.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AFTER APPLICATION

• Clean tools immediately after use with warm water and soap.
• Seal the container well to keep it in good condition for future use.
• Store it before and after use in a cool place.
