Recommended recipe:

• 5 eggs (approximately 300 g)
• 25 ml oil
• 1 package 80 g of mix
• 1 package of sweetener 120 g

Method: Separate the eggs, add 2 tablespoons of sweetener to the egg yolks, and mix until lightened. Add the oil. Add the remaining sweetener to the egg whites and whip until stiff peaks form. Combine the fiber mix with the egg yolk, incorporate, and then gently fold in the whipped egg whites until the mixture is uniform. Pour into a baking mold and place in a preheated oven (180C). Bake for 35 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
