Why would anyone want to write a book about the philosophy of Yoga?
This is a question that anyone attempting such a writing endeavor will surely face. For me, the answer came through my stubborn refusal to accept the view that philosophy, with its incomprehensible concepts, cannot address the needs of modern people and offer them relief from the daily problems they face. It is far from real life and should remain there. This work aims to refute this view. By presenting the yogic perspective on a balanced life, which is none other than a life of exploration and knowledge of ourselves, its purpose is not only to provoke thought but also to provide explanations, to suggest, to encourage the reader to take specific actions to find the balance hidden in the inner truth they are constantly seeking.
