They were tested on a work call. They are quite comfortable, I could hear them crystal clear and I could also hear them quite clearly. The buttons they have that allow you to mute the microphone directly are very convenient. They are not for music in any case as I saw reviews commenting on that too. Guys, they are made for video conferences and call centers. We judge what we get for what it is made to do. This particular product does its job excellently.

The sound is too treble and "shaves" the ear. Also, if you increase the volume a little more, around 70%, the speaker's membrane feels like it's piercing when someone speaks to you. The sound quality is not good overall. I would not recommend them, as I work in a call center and the overall experience is unpleasant.

Flawless for their price! Daily 8-hour use. I work at a call center, I have been using them for 2 months, Monday - Friday. It can be switched to the left or right ear. Very good purchase!!

update, I have been using them for a year of daily use and they are very satisfactory. lightweight, the direction changes on the head. the only thing I would like is a cancellation voice and a slightly longer cable. not that it is short but I would like to be able to move 2 meters without having to remove them from my head.

After a month of use, I can say that they have solved my hands! I have a few days of telecommuting during the week and they serve me very well in both meetings and in the call center where I need to communicate with clients.

The sound is loud and the construction seems very high quality. It provides very good isolation in the microphone from external sounds.

I use them for 8 hours of talking and they don't tire me out... I would like a longer cable but it's not so short to be a negative point
