I bought this particular supplement because I have a problem with prostate hyperplasia and because I didn't want to resort to medications that have serious side effects (including impotence). The problem is mainly at night; I get up as many as six times to urinate with small amounts each time. I started taking it a week and a half ago in combination with a vegetarian diet that does not include dairy. I also stopped drinking bottled water in plastic bottles, which was all I drank, because microplastics are estrogen mimics. From personal experience, I have noticed that the prostate is particularly irritated by cheese and eggs. Dairy products and animal foods in general irritate the prostate because they are full of animal estrogens and alter the testosterone/estrogen balance in the body. I also started exercising (walking and weights) and eating raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds daily, which also help the prostate. After combining all of the above, I have reached a point where I do not get up at night. I would recommend the product, but along with the above measures (vegetarian diet and exercise) to address the root causes of prostate hyperplasia.

I tried this specific product and others from different companies, but it's not worth the money. For an enlarged prostate, you need a good urologist. My problem was that my bladder didn't empty completely, resulting in frequent trips to the bathroom. My doctor prescribed me zoprost and I found my health again. Generally, medications containing Alfuzosin help with prostate issues. The only issue is that they slightly lower your blood pressure, so I take it at night before going to bed

I think it does some work, but you only see the difference after taking it for a month. However, if the weather is cold outside... whatever herbal supplements you take for the prostate, they don't do anything. It causes a slight erection. I recommend the pack of 90, because the box of 30 will run out before it starts to be effective and you won't notice anything. It's a large capsule and difficult to swallow. The price is discouraging.
