Nasaline is a natural Nasal Irrigation System for nasal decongestion, designed by otolaryngologists. It effectively removes unwanted mucus secretions and allergens from the nasal cavity. It cleans and unclogs the nasal passages, reducing nasal irritation and moisturizing the mucous membranes.
Nasaline helps relieve:
Anyone can use Nasaline, except under specific medical advice. Children can also use Nasaline Junior, after medical advice, and it is recommended for children aged 4 to 12 years.
Nasaline consists of:
The silicone nozzle fits in a way that seals the nostril and has an hourglass shape, creating a slight swirling flow when the solution is introduced into the nasal cavity.
Advantages of Nasaline:
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
We used it for a 7-month-old baby and a 2.5-year-old child because the winter always gives us a runny nose. I have never seen so much mucus come out at once, it is the best thing I have bought for the kids. We use it without the filters, just with saline solution and preventively when they are congested. Especially in the morning, a whole production comes out!!! It also has a soft tip and does not hurt the little noses, just a little push and it does its job.
It blocks the nose without bothering or injuring the child and allows the pressure of the solution without letting air pass, spill backwards, etc.
You only need to follow the instructions, i.e. use lukewarm water, apply it correctly to the nose, have the child in the right position over the sink, and press slowly and steadily.
It is the only thing that worked for my little one. We exclusively use this now for nasal rinses from the age of 3 and onwards (for younger or smaller children, single-use ampoules might help a little more).
It has a convenient attachment that goes into the nose for babies, it doesn't hurt them but the syringe is quite large.. I would say it's expensive
Absolutely failed purchase. Supposedly for children. The size is double that of a classic syringe, which results in it not being ergonomic when we try to use it on our 2-year-old child. Misleading description and I wonder how the other reviewers are using it. Definitely not suitable for a small child
This device is miraculous. I thought that everything that was said was an exaggeration, but I saw the result with my own eyes and I couldn't believe it. It is recommended if you want a free nose during infections for your children. Also, with daily use, you will prevent illnesses for children who frequently get sick, as the nose is the main entry point for infections in the body.
In simple words, it is a lifesaver!!! It has saved us countless times, all secretions disappear and the cough stops.. I simply use plain serum, not the sachets.
The product is perfect.. As for those who say it breaks.. yes, it does break after some use due to the salts and because it is expensive, you can keep the detachable top and get a regular syringe which is very cheap so you don't have to spend 15 euros every time.
The mucus comes out in a string! It simply saved us! With a 2-year-old child, using simple saline solution, without having to use the packets
Yes, it is expensive but it helped us a lot! I don't understand why some people say to be careful with the flow, so it doesn't go to the ear, since it doesn't come out with pressure, it has resistance anyway... After a while, however, it seems to not work properly, so it needs replacement... I never used those sachets, I take a bottle of serum with the big hole and fill it from there!
Excellent material, ideal even for infants. Be careful not to slip from the neck and have liquid shooting into the eye
It is fantastic. It cleans so well but also pleasantly the nose. I wonder how I hadn't discovered it for so long.
Do it first on yourself, to see how it works.
Don't use it with plain water, it hurts.
Not abruptly because water can reach the ears.
My daughter was very negative about it because she finds it disgusting for water to enter through one nostril and come out through the other.
But that's the only way it works.
Mucus cords and dried pieces of green mucus come out, you can't imagine it!! It provides a lot of relief for the child, in colds and congestion!!!!!
Amazing product! From the moment we used it, our children were saved from immense suffering.. CAUTION it must be used properly.. and an authorized pediatrician can teach you how to use it because if you do it incorrectly, it can cause ear infections.
With proper use, it is very effective!
Attention with the syringe in its use. Ear infections are imminent. It helps with nasal irrigation but can lead to ear infections. Not recommended. There are other similar products on the market that do the same job without creating other problems.
P.S.: Nasaline packets are great! Just not with the use of the syringe.
Perfect for both children and adults.... thanks to the nozzle, not a single drop of saline solution is wasted!!!!
Very good at the beginning, but even in the 3-4 that I have bought, the syringe gets stuck after a few dozen uses. For this reason, I prefer a more permanent solution
The little one is 5 years old and has truly saved us from ear infections and cough with the nasaline. It's unbelievable
I initially bought it for my 5-year-old twins, but they didn't like it because the syringe is big and there are a lot of ml. So, my husband and I took it over and found the ULTIMATE solution for our stuffy noses filled with mucus.
Unbelievable product..!! No more battles for nasal washing. When my 4 and 5-year-old children are congested, they wake me up to use nasaline on them..! That says it all!!! It's a bit expensive but worth every penny!!!
Practical, it does the job due to the volume of liquid you can put for rinsing, the small 5ml vials do nothing. Personally, I use it for my little one (4) in the morning and evening during times when he needs it due to congestion. The sachets don't bother me much, although using lukewarm liquid is indeed more correct. I get saline solution from the pharmacy, the one in liter size, and I do my job.
It's perfect, guys... I applied it to my son and saw spectacular results. Last year, we spent the whole year on antibiotics due to ear infections, while this year, so far, we are perfectly healthy.. (of course, I use it preventively twice a day, once in the morning and once at night before sleep)
Unbelievable!!!
Suffering for years with allergic rhinitis and sinusitis!
Impressed!!!
The careless one should not buy it, it might cause otitis.
The careful and meticulous one should definitely get it yesterday!
Having a clear nose, it removes things you wouldn't believe.
Read the instructions WELL and do it very slowly and gently...
No more antibiotics!
Attention!
Before using it on children, apply it first on yourself with mucus until you fully recover and learn how to use it.
P.S. AFTER 2 MONTHS OF CONTINUOUS USE, IT BROKE. I BOUGHT A SECOND ONE AND IT STILL WORKS WITH DIFFICULTY.
I wanted to know if it is made of gold; is it bigger because it costs 18.60? Anyway, it doesn't suit me, I use the smaller syringe.
It requires a little attention in use (to avoid causing pain in the ear) and also does not require much liquid, it is quite effective with less.
Very good, it does the job, it clears the mucus. If we didn't use it, we would still have a runny nose and cough
The perfect tool for unclogging. You will realize that blowing your nose does not compare to the amount that you will see coming out!!! It doesn't hurt because the powder packets make the water not hurt (they change the pH - plain water hurts). However, you may get reactions from children due to the process, especially at the beginning. Afterwards, my daughters (4 and 2 years old) would compete to see who would go first! Because they understood its usefulness in unclogging and breathing better.
Latest Update:
Attention, suspicion of ear infections.
Do not press the syringe quickly because it increases the pressure, hurts the ears, and water goes into the ears.
For the same reason, do not tilt your head in any direction, just keep it straight.
Consult your doctor. Opinions differ on whether it is safe. It is definitely effective. However, we use it with caution, for example, when there is no pain in the ears, without applying too much pressure and with the head straight.

It doesn't want us to apply too much pressure because then the ears hurt.
