AMAZING UNIQUE incredible all-in-one formula from Biotech USA. With one tablet, it covers 70-80% on average of all the vitamins and minerals you need. And you can feel it working from the first week. No energy drinks (I won't mention brands), no booster drinks, nothing. One tablet at noon with food. I do martial arts, and I can say that almost on its own, without anything else, e.g., amino acids, proteins, electrolytes, etc., it supports me through my exhausting training.
