It keeps cold water for over 18 hours confirmed. It easily keeps the water frozen until the afternoon. I haven't tested it further because I take it with me to work, not camping. However, when it's half full, the remaining water heats up relatively quickly. What bothers me though is the strong metallic taste it leaves in the water. In comparison, an ecolife bottle that I have, 1 liter, keeps the water cold for a longer time, impressively long, and it never smells like metal. I probably wouldn't buy it again.

Did you find this review helpful?First of all, it is matte silver and not glossy, and it actually leaves marks relatively easily if you hit it on sharp objects, stones, etc.
The cooling is excellent, usually I put cold water from the fridge in the morning with 3-4 ice cubes and if I happen to not finish it all, the ice cubes start melting slowly in the afternoon.
There have been times when I left it on the back seat of the car for the sun to shine through the window and the metal heated up so much that it was difficult for me to touch it with my hand, but the water inside was not only frozen but still had the ice cubes!
I haven't tried it in hot weather yet.
The cap is big enough to fit a regular/medium-sized ice cube, but on the other hand, it's a bit difficult to get used to drinking from it.
The plastic handle it has is ugly but extremely convenient and necessary for carrying it, as the bottle's diameter is perhaps slightly larger than that of 2-liter soft drink bottles found in supermarkets, so in combination with the weight, it is very uncomfortable to carry and hold it with one hand, especially for those with small hands.
Obviously, someone doesn't buy it to carry a glass of water or two cups of coffee, there are 500ml bottles for those, someone will buy it if they want to have cold (or hot) water or another drink with them for the whole day, so comparing it to individual 500-700ml bottles doesn't make sense.

In no case would I say that the 24 hours claim is true. I would say that the water stays cold enough for about 6 hours. Of course, it depends on each person's taste and requirements. (I didn't leave it under the sun or in the car. However, it is obvious that you would have it in warm conditions, we are not measuring its performance in a cooled space! With ice cubes and placing the thermos in the refrigerator, the performance is much more satisfying, of course! The mouthpiece is big enough to fit ice cubes (even the big ones fit easily). Now, especially a small mouthpiece may require a year of adjustment if we drink directly from it. The size of the thermos is very big, it barely fits in my backpack! (in terms of height) The weight is also manageable. Especially when filled with ice cubes, it becomes a little heavy! The handle is very satisfying and of good quality, I don't need to bend over to pick it up from the gym floor. The appearance is brutal and impressive! It is worth its money as it is a unique and impressive object, with expected performance
