Dosage:

• Adults: 1 teaspoon (5ml) 2-3 times a day before meals, plain or mixed with milk, fruit juice, or vegetable juice.
• Children: Half the adult dose

Ingredients: Plasmolyzed herbal yeast 83%, barley yeast extract 9%, orange syrup 5%, honey 3%.

Storage: Store at room temperature and consume within 6 months after opening the package.
