  It smells nice, this is the third time I've used it on hair that has been damaged by dye (highlights + reflex) it indeed makes them dry, they don't soften, I suppose it needs more applications - I have bought shampoo + conditioner) it's good but I didn't see anything amazing - I will continue using it and will also get the pre-shampoo to see if I notice anything different - I will get back if I see a change.

  I'm back because I got the pre-shampoo which indeed makes all the difference in the care set. If you buy the line, I suggest you get them all and use it as stated on their packaging to see results - I increase my rating to 4 stars

  Amazing product, I have hair down to my chest and after bleaching it had become dry and wild, I would say completely damaged with split ends. I was so disappointed that I had scheduled an appointment at the hairdresser to cut it into a bob! During a random visit to the supermarket, my eye caught this repair serum and its corresponding shampoo, and I took it as a last resort before the haircut. The result was shocking! My hair was soft and strong already after just the shampoo, especially after the serum, it felt like I had someone else's hair! I wonder about the negative comments I read here! The only thing I can't express an opinion on is whether it makes the hair oily quickly since I already have oily hair, so I wouldn't notice a difference. If you have damaged and burnt hair, before cutting it, try it and remember me! It saved my hair from a ruthless haircut, and I should note that even though it doesn't mention it here, the product is also heat protective! I can't wait to see the results with the other products in the line

I mean the silicone that makes my hair light the next day and the day after. It didn't excite me as much as their shampoo, but I will use it again to make sure. However, I will put a little silicone on the edges as they seem a bit dry.   I have bought the WHOLE series, meaning all 4 products. I have to say that after almost 2 months of using exclusively these products, I developed dry skin, even though I hadn't had it for years. My hair would get oily within a day, while with other shampoos it takes 5 days to get oily. I didn't see any difference in the softness and elasticity of my hair, in fact, it was falling out more. I wouldn't buy it again, not even for free. I should note that I stopped using it and switched to another Loreal shampoo, as I like the company, and the softness returned to my hair, and the dryness and oiliness disappeared. I read positive comments below, so I assume it was just my hair type. I don't know. Complete disappointment
